  • 200 g Chocolate Powder 朱古力類粉, eg. Ovaltine or Milo or Vico
  • 125 g Condensed Milk 練奶
  • 250 g Biscuits 瑪利餅干 roughly crush, 微敲碎

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place butter into mixing bowl, melt 放置牛油入主鍋 3m/60c/sp2

    2. Add chocolate malt powder& condensed milk, mix 加入朱古力粉 2m/60c/sp2

    3. Without measuring cup, mix 2m/Counter-clockwise operation/spGentle stir setting, add biscuits thru hole of the bowl lid, mixing with aid of spatula 不需蓋上量杯, 調2m/Counter-clockwise operation/spGentle stir setting, 由鍋口慢慢倒入餅干,可用刮刀捧輔助搞伴

    4. Transfer cookies batter into a baking tray. Use back of spoon to flatten the batter and press it lightly 將搞伴好的材枓放入焗盆, 輕壓至平坦

    5. Refrigerate for at least 30 min before cutting into slices to serve 雪30分鐘后切成小片
