  • 100 grams dark chocolate 70%
  • 100 grams raw sugar
  • 60 grams Corn Flour

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and place into TM bowl.

    Chop 3 seconds speed 7.

    Add the sugar and cornflour and process for 5 seconds speed 8.

    Scrape down the sides of the bowl thoroughly.

    Add the eggs and milk to bowl.

    Set lid into place with MC and cook for 7 minutes, 90 deg speed 4.

    Allow the chocolate custard to cool in the fridge for at least 1 hr in the fridge.

    In a clean bowl add the butterfly whisk.

    Add cooled chooclate custard and place lid on bowl.

    whip for 30-60 seconds speed 4 or until light and fluffy.

    Scoop into individual serving bowls and allow to set completely.

Tip

For a sweeter custard mousse, add more sugar.

For a richer flavour, reduce the sugar.

    Tried it and it worked well. I didn't see the TM5 listing so did it in a TM31 with no issues. It was VERY thick. Easy to make but didn't make as much as I was expecting it to. VERY tasty though tmrc_emoticons.)

    have tried this recipe has not set, have follow to the recipe,

    been in fridge 24 hours, will try again  using less milk, and more cornflour

    Taste nice as chocolate drink,
