Made with white chcolate and milk chocolate. My preference was the white but the milk choclate is delicious as well.

Will be made plenty throughout the year.

    Submitted by veebees on 16. December 2016 - 14:06.

I love this recipe, but needed to make some in a hurry so...... I made my condensed milk then threw everything else in the jug. Mixed as above for 8 mins, then on Varoma for 20mins. Came out beautifully, as usual. I also used ordinary sugar and chocolate melts ( no milling beforehand). I used dark chocolate and added a tsp of peppermint essence. Yum, yum. I wonder if this lot will make it to the Christmas hampers. The last lot didn't as we ate it all.

referring to a recent comment.....I left the MC off.

    Submitted by Angie on 28. December 2015 - 12:00.

This is the best recipe! Made it for Xmas and made three types. First one as milk chocolate only and was amazing, then made a white chocolate one and added 75g cranberries and 50g pistachios. Delicious. Then a milk choc one with 3 Violet Crumble bars. Sooo good. This is a keeper recipe. Thank you.

    Submitted by LizzieHobb on 10. September 2015 - 12:29.

I can't beleive how easy this was! It just poured into my tray like molten chocolate heaven!!

I'm not one to experiment, I always go by the recipe, but after that and how easy it was, I'm off to try different types. I've bought crunchie chocolate blocks so will try crunchie fudge. And white choc and redskin! And I bought peppermint choc but not sure how that will turn out ...? We'll see!

    Thank you!

Hi Anna, um, good question!  One to two teaspoons I think.  I have done it, but not written down the quantity!  Pop it in at the end before the final beat, and do a taste test after it has mixed through.  If you put a bit too much in, it just means it's got a lovely bite!  Good luck tmrc_emoticons.)

Hi Selena66, I generally use raw sugar, but you can also use white or caster.  I mill raw sugar for 10 seconds to turn it into icing sugar (and therefore it takes less time to dissolve).  Good luck!

Josiemaree_ agreed!  I add peppermint oil when making the dark chocolate version, and it's devine!
