Coconut Balls

  • 1 package Marie biscuits
  • 1 can Condensed milk 400g
  • 220 g Desicated Coconut
  • 75 g cocoa powder
  • Desicated coconut for rolling

Recipe's preparation

    Coconut Balls
  1. Add the packet of Marie Biscuits to the mixing bowl, coarsely crush 20s/speed 6 or desired consistency (this is quite fine, less if you want bigger biscuit pieces).

    Add cocoa powder and coconut to the mixing bowl and mix in for 15s/reverse speed 4.

    Finally, add the condensed milk and mix for 35s/speed 7.

    See that the ingredients are mixed and spoon out into balls. Roll in coconut and place in a container. When done, put in the refridgerator for 30 minutes.

Tip

TIP: It is not necessary to put the sweets in the fridge if you prefer a more gooey or soft inside. Delicious either way!

    Smile just made this so simple. used only 200g of Desiccated coconut and the can i used of condensed milk was 397g and i feel for us this recipe needed just that tad more milk or less Desiccated coconut
