Coconut Butter Chocolates with Cranberries

Ingredients

500gm organic shredded coconut, Dried Cranberries, Cocoa powder

  • 500 gram Organic Shredded Coconut.
  • 100 grams Dried Cranberries.
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder

Recipe's preparation

    Method - have chocolate moulds ready to go!
  1. Place coconut into Thermomix and set to grind for 2 - 2.5 minutes at 37c speed 8 (scrape down sides one or maybe twice).

    Butter will be almost liquid when done, pour 1/2 the liquid into chocolate moulds and push 1 or 2 cranberries into each mould. Add 1/2 tsp cocoa power to remaining liquid in Thermomix and mix for 6 sec on speed 3, then pour into remaining moulds. Store in fridge or pantry.

  2. Melt and pour
