Coconut custard

  • 1 tin Coconut Cream*
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence or Paste
  • 20 g Tapioca or arrow root flour
  • 60 g Coconut Syrup, or preferred sweetner

Recipe's preparation

    Coconut Custard
  1. 1. Place all in ingredients in the mixingbowl.

    2. Cook 7 mns/90C/speed 4

* use coconut milk for a thinner consistency

You can add cacao and make a chocolate coconut custard.

This custard is quite 'sticky' when it sets.

keeps up to a week in the fridge.
