  • 100 grams Shredded coconut
  • 60 grams Maple syrup
  • 50 grams cocoa powder, 70% cocoa

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Highly addictive!
  1. Step 1
    Add coconut oil to bowl and melt
    1min 30 seconds/100c/speed 2

    Step2.
    Place Shredded coconut on a sheet of baking paper and cook in oven until lightly golden and toasted.
    (Keep a close eye on it, it can burn quick)

    Step3.
    Add maple syrup to bowl and mix.
    5 seconds/speed 4

    Step4.
    Add cocoa powder to bowl and mix.
    10 seconds/speed 5

    Step5.
    Pour melted chocolate mixture over toasted coconut and mix all together until all the coconut is covered.

    Step6.
    Spread out evenly over baking paper and place in freezer for 30mins-60mins or until all set

    Step7.
    Cut or break into desired sized pieces.
    and ENJOY!





    (I kept mine in the freezer unless I'm putting it out on the table for guests.)
