  • 100 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 340 grams dried cranberries

  • 180 grams white chocolate
  • 15 grams Copha
  • extra desiccated coconut for coating

Recipe's preparation

    Follow these easy steps
  1. 1. Add cranberries to the bowl and dice on speed 7 for 10 seconds

    2. Add coconut and mix on speed 5 for 5 seconds

    3. Add condensed milk and blend on speed 4 for 5 seconds

    4. Roll teaspoons full of mixture and refrigerate until firm or 2 hours

    5. Melt white chocolate and copha at 50oC for 2-3 minutes on speed 1 or until fully melted. 

    6. Dip balls into chocolate mixture and roll in extra coconut, refrigerate.
