Cream Cheese Frosting [Reduced sugar]

  • 250 grams cream cheese, room temperature
  • 125 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 50 grams icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl and mix 30 secs on speed 9 or until smooth. Use spatula if necessary.

  2. Spread on the cooled cake, or to pipe, refrigerate before using.

For Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting, replace the vanilla with 2 tsps grated lemon rind.
