Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Place rice and 800g coconut milk in the mixing bowl and cook 30min/90°c/speed2.
- Add sugar, vanilla and remaining coconut milk and mix 1min/
"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 3.
- Pour into a Thermoserver or jug and allow to rest for 10-15min.
- Serve with fruit and a drizzle of maple syrup or any topping of your choice.

Tip
For an even creamier rice pudding, use a 400g tin of coconut milk or coconut cream and 600g of coconut milk from a carton.
This recipe works well with regular milk too.
