If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Mill cocoa 5 sec, speed 10. Scrape down sides
2. Insert butterfly. Add coconut cream and chocolate spread.
3. Whisk on speed 2 whilst slowly adding condensed milk
4. Increase speed to 3 and whisk for a further 1-2 min.
5. Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze for 6-8 hrs or overnight
This ice cream freezes solid, so needs to be left out for 30 min or so to become scoopable (or microwave at low setting for 1 minute).
