Crème

  • 1 litre skim milk
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons sweetener
  • 75 grams Corn Flour

Recipe's preparation

    Crème

  1.  

     

    Pleace all the ingredients into the bowl and cook 90 Degrees / Speed 4 / 8 minutes, with MC.

    Pour the creme into 6 ramekins and refrigerate until serving (at least a couple of hours).

I was looking for a Dukan-friendly recipe and I was quite surprise when in the Recipe Community there are no Dukan recipes!

I found this one in the French Thermomix website:
