      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1 - Melt coconut oil in mixing bowl (1 minute / 50 degrees / Speed 2).

    2 - Add almond meal, NutraOrganics Berry Choc Chunk powder, vanilla essence and maple syrup.

    3 - Mix (30 seconds / Speed 2)

    4 - Add chocolate chips to mixing bowl.

    5 - Mix (30 seconds / Reverse / Speed 2)

    6 - Bake at 150 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!
