- 240 g milk chocolate melts
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Line a slice tin with baking paper and set aside
- Place chocolate and condensed milk into mixing bowl and melt 4 Mins / 50*c / Speed 3
- Add almonds and mix 20 Sec / Speed 1.5
- Quickly transfer into the prepared tray and spread evenly. Cover with foil and refrigerate until set (approx 2hrs)
- Once set, cut into 24 squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge
