Fig and almond bliss balls

  • 150 grams of almonds
  • 150 grams of dried figs
  • 18 grams of coco powder
  • 1 level tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 level tsp of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of Desiccated Coconut, for rolling the bliss balls

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Remove the stems of the figs and cover with hot water for 10mins then drain
    Add almonds to the bowl and blitz 12 seconds speed 9
    Add the figs, cinnamon, vanilla, coco powder and the pinch of salt and blend 12 seconds speed 9
    Roll a heaped teaspoon in your hand and then roll in the coconut, place on a plate and continue untill the mixture is used - approx 24 bliss balls - place in the fridge to set - then enjoy they will keep for approx 2 weeks if kept in the fridge or you can freeze
