If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place all fruit into TM bowl and blitz until smooth consistency.

Pour ingredients into moulds and insert sticks and lids. Ensure there is enough room from top of moulds to allow for the mix expanding while freezing.

Place ice moulds upright in the freezer for 2 - 3 hours or until completely frozen through.

  2. Tip - when removing from moulds slightly warm outside of moulds slightly to make mould casing slide off easier.

Tip

If you have very ripe bananas it may help to put a teaspoon of lemon juice into mixture to aid against oxidation or browning of the bananas.
