- 125 grams icing sugar
- 1 dollop cream, whipping, 30-40% fat
- 200 grams nestle caramel top n fill
- 1/2 cup cream, whipping, 30-40% fat
- 3/4 cup choc chips
- 1/4 cup peanuts copped
- 1 snickers bar

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Blitz biscuits and Almond meal together for about 10 seconds on sp 5-6- Repeat if neccissary.
Add butter and heat for approx 4 minutes on Speed 2 heat 60 Degrees- Use the spatula to scrape down and aid mixing if neccisary.
Pour mix into the cake tin, press it down firmly and let it cool.
Add cream cheese and Nutella at room temp into the bowl. Mix for 45 seconds on sp 5, repeat if neccissary.
add Icing sugar and cream mix again for 15 secconds Sp5.
Layer half onto base and flatten out,
add a layer or dollops of caramel the nanother layer of cheesecake mix.
Layer remaining caramel.
Ganache: Mix remaining cream and choc chips together to make a thick ganche, 60 degrees Sp1 for 3-4 minutes or until creamy.
add Ganache over the caramel layer and decorate with chopped snickers and peanuts. let it cool over night and enjoy!
Layering of the cheesecake can be to your prefernce, i have tried a few differnt ways and all equally as delcious. be sure to choose the correct Gluten free options for these ingrediants and to make it Non GF just use normal Buiscuit base
