  • 80 grams cacao powder, organic
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup, pure
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Paste

      Recipe is created for

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add to bowl cacao butter, melt 6mins / 100 deg / speed 2. Increase time if needed.
  2. Add cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla paste to bowl 10secs / speed 3.
  3. Pour chocolate mixutre into moulds or glass baking tray. Place in freezer for minimum 1hr to set. Can be kept in air tight glass container for 1-2wks. Enjoy!
