- 2 level tbsp vinegar, malt
- 60 g Salted butter
- 300 g white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 heaped tablespoons apricot jam

Recipe's preparation
- Add vinegar,60g butter,300g sugar, 2 eggs, 2tbsp apricot jam, 2 tsp bicarb of soda, 450g milk. Mix 10sec sp4.
Scrape down sides.
Add 300g SRflour mix 10sec sp4.
Scrape down sides.
Mix 5sec sp 4. - Preheat oven 160°c .
Spray a 3 liter baking dish with non stick spray.
Pour the batter into baking dish.
Bake for 1 hr or until dark brown. - Sauce.
Clean mixing bowl.
Add 150g sugar, 250g butter, 100g water, 225g milk. Mix and heat 6min 100°c sp4. - Remove baked pudding from oven and immediately pour the hot sauce over the pudding.
Enjoy hot with cream, ice cream or custard
