healthy chocolate Mousse

  • 100 grams Coconut or almond milk
  • 250 grams Greek yoghurt
  • 5 grams Raw cocao powder or cocoa
  • 30 grams Chai Seeds
  • 1 vanilla bean pod, halved and scraped
  • 6 to 8 mejool dates (pitted)
  • 30 to 50 grams Greek yogurt to serve
  • 150 grams fresh rasberries to serve
  • 20 grams toasted almond slivered/flaked, to serve

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Combine Coconut or almond milk, greek yoghurt, cocao powder, vanilla bean and dates to bowl. place on lid and MC

    blitz 2 minutes Speed 9.

    scrape bowl down then place lid and MC on 30 secs Speed 9.

    place mixture in glasses or serving bowls.

    refridgerate for a few hours.

    when chilled top with the extra Yoghurt rasberries and toasted almonds.
