- 100 grams Coconut or almond milk
- 250 grams Greek yoghurt
- 5 grams Raw cocao powder or cocoa
- 30 grams Chai Seeds
- 1 vanilla bean pod, halved and scraped
- 6 to 8 mejool dates (pitted)
- 30 to 50 grams Greek yogurt to serve
- 150 grams fresh rasberries to serve
- 20 grams toasted almond slivered/flaked, to serve

Combine Coconut or almond milk, greek yoghurt, cocao powder, vanilla bean and dates to bowl. place on lid and MC
blitz 2 minutes Speed 9.
scrape bowl down then place lid and MC on 30 secs Speed 9.
place mixture in glasses or serving bowls.
refridgerate for a few hours.
when chilled top with the extra Yoghurt rasberries and toasted almonds.
