  • 250 grams melted butter
  • 500 grams self-raising flour
  • 225 grams raw suagr

Recipe's preparation

    Oven: turn oven to 180
  1. Place butter in bowl and put 2mins 90 degrees speed 4.  Once melted pour into a small bowl.then add the oranges,washed cut in quarters into the bowl and add the raw sugar.speed 10 for 15 secs. Scrape down the bowl and do speed 10 for another 15 secs. Make sure orange has been pulverized completely.now add melted butter,sr flour and 4 eggs and coconut if using.mix on speed 5 for 30 secs and then turn to speed 9 for 10 secs.scape the bowl and mix for 5 secs on speed 4. Pour into either a cake tin or into a Lamington tray. Bake for 20 - 25 mins on 180.  Once cooled remove from tray and either shake icing sugar on top or make an orange icing.slice and enjoy.
