  • 80 gram raw sugar
  • 1 bunch Basil leaves
  • 1 --- egg white
  • 200 gram green kiwifruit, peeled
  • 400 gram ice cubes

Recipe's preparation

    Sorbet
  1. Put sugar and basil leaves in TM bowl. Close lid with MC cup on, blend 30 seconds speed 9, add egg white fruit, lemon juice and half the ice. Blend 30 seconds speed 9 then add rest of ice and blend 1 minute speed 9. Serve or freeze.  Yum yum

Tip

Can use alternative sugar like rapadura.  Or use less sugar if you like less sweet.
