Lime Bliss Balls

Ingredients

Bliss Balls

  • 1 lime peel and flesh
  • 140 grams Cashews
  • 30 grams dessinated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20 grams mayple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons YIAH key lime dukkah, (Or lime zest and milled sugar)

Recipe's preparation

    Bliss Balls
  1. Put lime peel and 1 tbl spoon of dukkah into Closed lid. Mill for 20secs on speed 10.

    Add cashews,coconut,vanilla and mayple syrup into Closed lid, including juice of lime flesh.

    Put onto closed lid and pulse for 1 sec 3 times untill just combined.

    Roll into bite size balls then roll in the kep lime dukkah.

    (If you dont have YIAH products just roll into some milled lime zest and sugar)

  • A great use for my limes. I

    A great use for my limes. I do not have YIAH products but rolled in shredded coconut instead. ALso used a little rapadura instead of the maple syrup. Thank you Carmen.
