Mango, Banana & Passionfruit Icecream

  • 50 g condensed milk or sugar
  • 300 g Mango flesh, cut into pieces, frozen
  • 100 g banana pieces
  • 2 passionfruit, pulp
  • 400 g milk/yoghurt/coconut milk, frozen as ice cubes
  • 50 g fresh cream/yoghurt/coconut milk (to assist icecream to emulsify)

Recipe's preparation

  1. If using sugar, mill on speed 10 for 10 seconds then add remaining ingredients, otherwise if using condensed milk, place all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix 10 sec, speed 6 until all ingredients are chopped down, then increase speed to speed 10 for another 30 seconds or until texture is to your liking.
