      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

Mill some Milo (optional) speed9/10 seconds before adding cream to make a Milo Mousse.

Milling the Milo isn't essential, but it helps to make a nice smooth mousse.

  • this was okay...i had

Submitted by Jolene Adams on 5. May 2015 - 19:55.

this was okay...i had unknowingly run out of drinking chocolate, so had to use strawberry quick! it was a bit creamy for my liking, i think perhaps an egg white whipped might make it a bit fluffier? But that being said, it used up some cream i needed to use, and my 2yo loved it!!!   tmrc_emoticons.)
