- 600 g full cream milk
- 200 g Pouring Cream
- 100 g white sugar
- 30 g YIAH MOJITO SUGAR
- 6 egg yolks

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and cook 8min/90deg/sp2. Pour mixture into freezable container, let cool and freeze for at least 10hrs. Remove from freezer and chop into pieces. Place 1/2 into bowl and crush 20sec/sp6, then mix 10sec/sp4, place into freezable container. Repeat with other 1/2 of icecream. Serve or freeze.
