Mum's Chocolate Rum Balls

  • 250 grams dessicated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place biscuits in bowl, Speed 6 for 5 seconds

  2. Add coconut and cocoa, Speed 3 for 3 seconds

  3. Add condensed milk and rum, speed 4 for 15 seconds

  4. Roil mixture into balls, roll in coconut, store in fridge. 



Can be frozen - and served from freezer - a great cold sweet treat in summer!
