      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place biscuits and lemon rind/zest in the Thermomix bowl. Blitz for 15 seconds, speed 5. Blitz until biscuits resemble crumbs.

  2. Add lemon juice and condensed milk to the bowl, and mix for 20 seconds on soeed 5, or until combined.

  3. Roll into balls approx 1 tablespoon in size, then roll in extra coconut.

  4. Store in an air tight cintainer in the fridge for up to 3 days

    Hi Just wondering it never says to put coconut into the mixture so is the coconut only for the outside or should the 1.5 cups go in the mixture?
