      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Oreo crumbs
  1. place 6 large Oreos into bowl. Blitz 2 secs 2 times
    place Oreo crumbs in bowl and set aside

    no need to clean bowl
  2. Fudge making
  3. place white chocolate melts and condensed milk into bowl
    cook 12 minutes 100deg speed 3
    add Oreo crumbs
    mix reverse 15 sec speed 2.5
  4. presentation
  5. line small slice tin with baking paper
    pour in fudge mixture
    place mini Oreos on top to divide for each individual portion

    refridgerate for a minimum 3 hours ( better if left overnight)
