- 100 grams coconut milk, Thermomix Made
- 90 grams coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanillia essence
Chocolate Top
- 90 grams coconut oil
- 20 grams Cacao
- 80 grams Maple syrup

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Firstly line a slice tin 20 x 10 cm (8 x 4 inch) baking paper.
Add all ingredients to the bowl process 35 seconds speed 8.5
Press into the tin
Place in the freezer
Add all ingredients to the bowl process 20 seconds speed 8.5
Pour over the base
Return to the freezer
Place all ingredients to the bowl
Cook 10 minutes 37 degrees speed 3
Scrape down bowl
5 minutes 50 degrees speed 4
Pour over the slice
Return to the freezer for minimum of 1 hour

Tip
Sprinkle Extra Salt on top of Chocolate before freezing to give it that Salted Flavour
Once frozen remove and cut in small squares and keep in the fridge

I made this for a treat to
I made this for a treat to keep in the freezer for those "sugar" craving moments.
However I had to fight the husband to acutally put it in the freezer after he tasted it. Its a winner! Its now bagged up ready for his work lunches.. (if he can wait that long). Will definately be adding this to the meal planner rotation. Thanks for sharing.
