Ingredients

1 litre(s)

Sorbet

  • 400 grams pears, ripe & cored
  • 15 grams Ginger, fresh & peeled
  • to taste mint, fresh
  • 1 lemon, peeled without white pith
  • 800 grams ice cubes

Recipe's preparation

    To make Sorbet
  1. Puree pear, ginger, lemon, mint 10 sec speed 7

    Add ice 1.30 min speed 9, use spatula to help process sorbet by placing through lid while on speed 9.
