Ingredients

  • Please enter the ingredients in the following order:
  • 100 gms raw sugar
  • 100 gms soaked shelled pistachio (soak for about an hour)
  • 100 grams1 large avacado or about 100 gms of flesh
  • 200 grams1 large ice tray of frozen coconut milk
  • 200 grams1 large ice tray of frozen milk
  • 400 grams2 large ice trays ice or make up to desired amount

Recipe's preparation

  1.  

    blend sugar for 10 seconds on speed 10

     

    add pistachios and blend for 10 seconds on speed 10

     

    add avacado and 1tray of ice and blend for 30 seconds speed 10 (use spatula if needed)

     

    add 1 tray of coconut milk and 1 tray frozen milk blend for 1 minute on speed 10 with the aid of the spatula

     

    Add left over ice to make up desired amount and blend for 30 seconds - 1 minunte until smooth and creamy

     

    "Voila" instant icecream

    I'm glad you liked it Lynne. its amazing what you can create when you have to come up with a GREEN sorbet with a difference. Thats what having a Thermomix is all about.
