- 230 - 250 gram Organic Almond Butter
- 150 gram pistachios
- 90 gram sesame seeds
- 75 gram pitted dates, (Usually 12 dates)
- 50 gram coconut oil, (1 tablespoon)

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Process all the ingredients for 7 seconds Speed 9. If required, process for a few seconds longer until desired size pieces
Roll in balls and place in the fridge for at least half hour.
Tip the oil out of the almond butter into a jar. Process the ingredients. If its too dry and won't roll, add the oil back in. If you leave it in at the beginning, it may be too oily and makes it too sloppy to roll.
