If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients in bowl.
Speed 3 for 15 seconds to ensure its all blended in evenly
Blend at a higher speed if you want them to be white or two tone rather than clear
Cook 5 mins/50 degrees/speed 2
Pour into small silicone moulds or onto one big one and cut to size
Set in the fridge - it normally sets within an hour
This can be sweetened with honey.
