choc binder

  • 120 grams dark chocolate chips
  • 80 g peanut butter, crunchy>ID4026

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.       If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    Choc binder
  1. 1. add all choc binder ingreedients into mixing bowl and melt 1min30seconds/55'/speed1.5 or un till melted
  2. Dry ingreedients
  3. 1.place bowl onto mixing bowl lid and weigh puffed rice and coconut into it.
    2. pour over choc binder mixture and combine well in bowl with a spoon. Press into lined slice tray.
    3. top with pistashios or any salty nuts.
    4. set in fridge for 2 hours.

Tip

- This is a smaller batch, i used a loaf tin to set. double mixture for larger batch.
- This is a great recipe to add greens powder to the choc binder compnnent to get extra nutrients into kids.
- Top with any nuts or seeds you like.
