If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add Cashews, Coconut and Protein Powder to bowl and blitz till fine
"Closed lid" 30 seconds - Speed 7
Add
Maple Syrup lemons Zest and juice and Oil if using ( you can add more zest if not using the oil I just find it gives it more kick )
and blend
"Closed lid" 60 seconds - Speed 7
scrape down if required also if not combining together you may need to add 50mls of water till you get a dough you can work into small balls!
Roll into desired size balls and coat in coconut. Chill and store in the fridge!
