If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place the dates, peanut butter and vanilla in Thermomix. 1 minute 15 seconds, speed 9.
Place in puffed rice and peanutes. "Counter-clockwise operation" Reverse 30 Seconds, speed 2.
Press mixture into tray 10cmx20cm lined with baking paper
Melt chocolate in Thermomix on 80 degrees, 3 minutes, speed 2.
Pour melted chocolate over the top of the mixture and refridgerate for 30 minutes or until set.
Remove from the tray and slice into pieces using a hot knife.

Delicious! I only had cashews so substituted instead. Next time I will add the natural peanut butter from Flannerys instead of the peanut butter and peanuts. Thanks for sharing enjoyed by all.
