      Recipe is created for
      TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Raw Strawberry Frozen Snack Bars
  1. Wash and rinse strawberries before using. I like to give mine a wash in the Thermomix simmering basket in the bowl. Add 1 litre water, 25g vinegar, insert simmering basket with strawberries. Put lid on 30 secs/ speed 3.
Drain strawberries and dry on paper towel.

Add washed and hulled strawberries, dried fruit (apricots or medjool dates, I have tried both and they’re both good) and vanilla paste.
Put lid and measuring cup on.
    10 secs/ speed 9

    Scape down sides of bowl.
Add rolled oats, chia seeds, coconut and optional cinnamon.
Put lid and measuring cup on.
    Mix 10 secs/ speed 3/ reverseCounter-clockwise operation
    Scrape down sides on bowl.
    Mix 5 secs/speed 3/ reverse Counter-clockwise operation

Pour mix into silicone snack bar moulds OR a pre lined slice tray.
Press a sprinkle of extra coconut on top.
    Place in freezer.

Silicon snack bar loudly will press out bars when frozen. Keep in a container in freezer and eat for a healthy dessert or snack.

If using a slice tray, slice into bars and store ina container in the freezer and eat for a healthy dessert or snack even breakfast.

Tip

These bars need to be kept in the freezer otherwise they will fall apart.

I love the silicone snack bar moulds from the mix shop.

Able to make in all Thermomix models.

Enjoy
