Recipe's preparation
- 1. Rinse rice until water runs clear
2. Add to the"Closed lid" along with the lemon zest, milk, salt and vanilla.
3. Cook until rice is tender, 35mins/90C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp1.5
4. Add the sugar, eggs and lemon juice 1min/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp3
5. Pour into a well greased large slice tin.
6. Bake 50mins - 1 hour or unti set. A little bit of a wobble is fine.
7. Leave to set a little, slice and serve with jam or cinnamon sugar and a little burnt butter.
Delicious hot or cold.

Tip
An old favourite in an easy to serve slice. Delicious either hot or cold.
Warm jam slightly in the microwave before spreading over the slice.
