Rich and Easy Raw Cacao Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

Mousse

  • 2 Medium Avodados, Ripe
  • 1-2 medium bananas, Ripe
  • 10 grams vanilla essence
  • 1/3 - 1/2 Cup Raw Cocao Powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. Scoop the flesh of the avocados and banana into the mixing bowl.

  2. Add vanilla and raw cocao powder.

  3. Blitz for 1 minute on speed 9 with measuring cup on.

  4. Spoon the mixture into individual serving bowls and chill for at least an hour before serving.

Tip

Try adding some rasberries, strawberries or an extra banana for a sweeter mousse. For a creamier version add 100-200g of organic coconut cream (Chilled and spooned in so the cream seperates from the coconut milk)

    Fantastic! I served it with strawberries and kiwi fruit with a dollop of cream. My new favourite dessert. Oh and we ate it straight away

    This was actually a really nice healthier, raw version mousse. I added 3 medium strawberries to sweeten it up a little and the texture was great!
