If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place turkish delights into freezer for about 15 minutes
Chop turkish delights into pieces speed 9/15 secs. Set aside.
Melt chocolate 55 degrees/speed 2/4 mins
Add all ingredients into bowl. Stir speed/1min
Spead into a lined slice tin and refrigerate for 2hours.
Slice and enjoy.

Tip
Use a warm knife to slice rocky road
I sprinkled some coconut onto for a little extra.
Can use peanuts or different nuts if prefer.
