  • 400 gram can sweetened condensed milk

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Chop nuts for 2 seconds on Speed 4

    2. Set aside into a bowl

    3. Add condensed milk and chocolate (broken into pieces) and melt for 3 minutes at 80 degrees Speed 2

    4. Add nuts, mix 10 seconds REVERSE Speed 3

    5. Pour into 20cm square pan lined with baking paper

    6. Place 16 cherries on top of fudge, evenly spaced

    7. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set

    8. Cut into 16 pieces approx. 5x5cm

    9. Enjoy!
