Semolina Pudding

  • 125 grams semolina
  • 1 litre Milk
  • 40 grams currants or sultanas
  • 60 grams honey
  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50 grams flaked almonds

Recipe's preparation

    Semolina Pudding
  1. 1. Toast Almonds and then keep them aside. 8mins, 100c, Sp Gentle stir setting


    2.  Add remaining ingredients to TM Bowl. 15mins, 100c, counter-clockwise operation Sp 2


    3.  Empty pudding into a bowl or small casserole dish and sprinkle almonds on top.

Tip

Serve Hot or Cold. For Breakfast or Dessert.

For an alternative flavour, omit the honey, cinnamon and almonds and swirl thru some homemade jam at the end of cooking.
