Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add dates and water to mixing bowl 8 Mins/ 120 deg/Spd 1
2. Add Bicarb 20 sec/"Gentle stir setting"
3. Set Date mixture aside to cool - Rinse bowl
4. Add butter 2 mins/100 deg/Spd 2
5. Add milk, eggs, vanilla,reserved date mixture, flour, sugar and baking powder 1min/spd 2
6. Pour batter into hot frying pan with a small amount of butter. Flip once bubbles appear.
7. Top with caramel sauce or maple syrup and ice cream.

Tip
You can top the pancakes with either caramel sauce or maple syrup and ice cream, spinkle icing sugar over the top.
Recipe can be doubled for a larger family, this receipe would serve 4.
Pour batter into a cupcake pan for less mess.
