Tina's Raspberry and White Chocolate Razzle Dip

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. (1.)  Add raw sugar into TM bowl and pulverise 10 seconds speed 9. Set aside.

    (2.)  Add white chocolate pieces and chop 20 seconds speed 9

    (3.)  Melt for 3 minutes 50oC speed 2.5 (2-3), giving it a mix half way to make sure all the chocolate is melting evenly

    (4.) Add all other ingredients, including the sugar and except for the raspberries, and mix a further 4 mins 50oC speed 2.5, scraping down at least twice during the mixing.

    (5.) Add raspberries and mix speed 5 for 20 seconds. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

    (6.)  Serve with sliced fresh fruits or sugared biscuits
