Valentine's White Chocolate Hearts

Hearts

  • 200 g good quality white chocolate melts
  • pink sprinkles
  • pink/red m&m's
  • edible silver beads
  • edible glitter/sugar crystals
  • anything small and sparkly!

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Sprinkle a little of each candy decoration into each compartment of a love heart chocolate mould tray.

    2. Place chocolate into TMClosed lid and turbo pulse for 3 seconds.

    3. Melt - 3 min/50 deg/speed 1.

    4. Pour chocolate into mould cavities and use a spatula to spread chocolate evenly over.

    5. Place in fridge for 30 min.

    6. Pop out chocolate hearts, and give them to someone you love!!

Tip

Use any small lollies or chocolates in the moulds.

If you don't put enough decoration candy in, the chocolate will swallow them up, and too many means some will fall off when you pop the chocolates out (but that's better than not enough).

Try milk chocolate melts instead of white chocolate.
