Ingredients

White Christmas Candy Chocolate

  • 180 grams Candy Canes
  • 400 grams White Cooking Chocolate
  • 2 sheets Baking paper
  • 2 Shallow Baking Trays

Recipe's preparation

  1. Line 2 baking trays with shallow baking paper and set aside.

     

     

  2. Add candy canes to Thermomix Bowl, process 2 sec / speed 6 then set aside.  Rince and dry bowl.

  3. Place chocolate into a dry Thermomix bowl broken into pieces and grate 10 sec / speed 9.

  4. Melt chocolate in Thermomix bowl 3 to 4 minutes / 50 degrees / speed 3, scrape down sides of bowl as required during process.

  5. Add candy cane mixture to the Thermomix bowl with the chocolate and mix for 20 sec / speed 2

  6. Divide the mixture into the 2 trays and spreed out with spatula to form 2 rectangles approximatly 20cm X 15cm.

  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.

  8. When set break into pieces to serve.

My Children just LOVE this chocolate treat.  Not only a wonderful gift idea for Christmas, after Christmas when the stores mark dowm all the excess stock you can purchase candy canes at bargain prices.
