Ingredients
- 1 knob of fresh ginger (about 5g) , peeled
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 4 cloves
- 4 cardamon pods
- 2 brown cardamon pods
- 1 tsp licorice root
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp ghee or oil
- 1 heaped tablespoon black tea, loose
- 450 g water
- 1 whole star anise
- 350 g full cream milk
- 40 g raw sugar

Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients into TM bowl except star anise, ghee, tea, water, milk and sugar
2. Mill for 6 secs/ Sp 8
3. Scrape down sides of bowl & add ghee
4. Saute for 1 min/90 degrees/Sp 1
5. Add water, tea and star anise
6. Cook for 7 min/100 degrees/Sp 3
7. Add milk & sugar and cook for a further 3 min/80 degrees/Sp 3
8. Strain and drink immediately
