- 2 Bananas (ripe), peel and break into 3 pieces
- 250 g Almond & Coconut milk
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp natural yoghurt

Add all ingredients in the mixing bowl blend for 30 seconds on speed 5 and enjoy!
**You may need to change the speed depending on how blended you prefer your banana**

I absolutely love this recipe! Mix it up by adding different fruits flavours and even some ice cubes on those ultra hot days to cool you down! I also use manuka honey as opposed to regular honey as it is healthier option.
