Ingredients

500 g

Bannilla Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana, Frezze the night before
  • 3 level tablespoons Organic Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 level teaspoons Vanilla Esscence, Organic
  • 150 g icecubes
  • 250 g organic rice milk

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1.  

    Step 1: Add frozen banana and ice cubes to the bowl. Blend 10sec/speed 7. Scrape down sides of the bowl.

     

     

    Step 2: Add all remaining ingrediants and blend 30secs/speed 6

     

     

    Serve in a glass with a straw tmrc_emoticons.)

     

    ENJOY!

Tip

If you plan on making this shake as an everyday thing place bananas in seperate zip lock bags and frezze.. tmrc_emoticons.)

    I Used skim milk as i can have dairy, and used a fresh banana, yum. My son likes it too, we've had it three mornings in a row
